1. The Commission shall establish the necessary arrangements for the administration of the loans with the European Central Bank. 2. The beneficiary Member State shall open a special account with its national central bank for the management of the financial assistance received. It shall also transfer the principal and the interest due under the loan agreement to an account with the European System of Central Banks 20 TARGET2 business days prior to the corresponding due date. |
