1. For the purposes of this Regulation, the revenues of the Agency shall consist of: (a) a subsidy from the Union, entered in the general budget of the Union (Commission Section); (b) any voluntary contribution from the Member States. 2. Revenues and expenditure for activities under this Regulation and those relating to activities under other Regulations shall be dealt with separately, through different sections in the Agency’s budget.
The revenues of the Agency referred to in paragraph 1 shall be used for carrying out its tasks under this Regulation. 3. The Commission shall examine whether it is appropriate for the Agency to charge a fee for the services provided to exporters within five years of 1 March 2014 and, if necessary, submit a relevant proposal. |
