Regulation (EU) 2019/880 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the introduction and the import of cultural goods article 16 CELEX: 32019R0880 Application
1. This Regulation shall apply from the date of its entry into force. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1: (a) Article 3(1) shall apply from 28 December 2020; (b) Article 3(2) to (5), (7) and (8), Article 4(1) to (10), Article 5(1) and (2) and Article 8(1) shall apply from the date on which the electronic system referred to in Article 8 becomes operational or at the latest from 28 June 2025. The Commission shall publish the date on which the conditions of this paragraph have been fulfilled in the ‘C’ series of the Official Journal of the European Union. |
