Regulation (EEC) No 153/74 of the Council of 17 December 1973 on the conclusion of the Protocol fixing certain provisions relating to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Lebanese Republic consequent on the Accession of new Member States to the European Economic Community article 3 CELEX: 31974R0153 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
