1. The European Globalisation Adjustment Fund, the objectives and scope of which are defined in Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, shall not exceed a maximum annual amount of EUR 150 million (2011 prices). 2. The appropriations for the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund shall be entered in the general budget of the Union as a provision. |
