This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 13 December 2014, with the exception of point (l) of Article 9(1), which shall apply from 13 December 2016, and Part B of Annex VI, which shall apply from 1 January 2014. |
