Regulation (EU) 2023/675 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2023 laying down conservation and management measures for the conservation of southern bluefin tuna article 20 CELEX: 32023R0675 Possible infringement
1. If the Commission receives from the Secretariat any information concerning a possible infringement of the Convention or conservation and management measures by a Member State or a Union fishing vessel, the Commission shall transmit that information to the Member State concerned without delay. 2. The Member State shall provide the Commission with the findings of any investigation undertaken in relation to the possible infringement and any actions taken to address it at least eight weeks in advance of the annual meeting of the Compliance Committee. |
