Directive (EU) 2022/993 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2022 on the minimum level of training of seafarers (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) article annex_III CELEX: 32022L0993 1. Where reference is made to this Annex, the following information specified in Section A-I/2, paragraph 9, of the STCW Code for all certificates of competency or endorsements attesting their issue and for all endorsements attesting the recognition of certificates of competency issued by other countries shall be provided and where marked (*) that provision shall be in an anonymised form as required by Article 27(3) of this Directive: Certificates of competency (CoC)/Endorsements attesting their issue (EaI): — seafarer’s unique identifier, if available(*), — seafarer’s name(*), — seafarer’s date of birth, — seafarer’s nationality, — seafarer’s gender, — CoC endorsed number(*), — EaI number(*), — capacity(ies), — date of issue or the most recent date of revalidation of the document, — date of expiry, — status of the certificate, — limitations. Endorsements attesting the recognition of certificates of competency issued by other countries (EaR): — seafarer’s unique identifier, if available(*), — seafarer’s name(*), — seafarer’s date of birth, — seafarer’s nationality, — seafarer’s gender, — country issuing the original CoC, — original CoC number(*), — EaR number(*), — capacity(ies), — date of issue or the most recent date of revalidation of the document, — date of expiry, — status of the endorsement, — limitations. |

Member States may provide, on a voluntary basis, information on the certificates of proficiency (CoP) issued to ratings in accordance with Chapters II, III, and VII of the Annex to the STCW Convention, such as: — seafarer’s unique identifier, if available(*), — seafarer’s name(*), — seafarer’s date of birth, — seafarer’s nationality, — seafarer’s gender, — CoP number(*), — capacity(ies), — date of issue or date of the most recent revalidation of the document, — date of expiry, — status of the CoP. |
