1. The contribution from the Union budget shall not exceed 75 % of the total eligible expenditure for a project. 2. The contribution from the Union budget may be increased to 90 % of the total eligible expenditure for projects implemented under specific actions. 3. The contribution from the Union budget may be increased to 90 % of the total eligible expenditure for actions listed in Annex IV. 4. The contribution from the Union budget may be increased to 100 % of the total eligible expenditure for operating support. 5. The contribution from the Union budget may be increased to 100 % of the total eligible expenditure for emergency assistance as referred to in Article 25. 6. The contribution from the Union budget may be increased to 100 % of the total eligible expenditure for technical assistance at the initiative of Member States, within the limits set out in point (b)(vi) of Article 36(5) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060. 7. The Commission decision approving a Member State’s programme shall set the co-financing rate and the maximum amount of support from the Fund for the types of action covered by the contribution referred to in paragraphs 1 to 6. |
