1. On an annual basis, no later than 11 months from the end of the reporting year, Member States shall submit to the Commission, by electronic means, a report including all the data referred to in Article 6, in a format to be established by the Commission by means of implementing acts. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 17(2). 2. The Commission services, assisted by the European Environment Agency (the ‘Agency’), shall incorporate the data reported by Member States into the Portal within one month of the completion of reporting by Member States in accordance with paragraph 1. |
