Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 4, paragraph 5 is replaced by the following: “5. This Article applies only in relation to products that are subject to Regulations (EU) No 305/2011 (), (EU) 2016/425 (), (EU) 2016/426 (), (EU) 2023/1542 () and (EU) 2024/1252 () and Directives 2000/14/EC (), 2006/42/EC (), 2009/48/EC (), 2009/125/EC (), 2011/65/EU (), 2013/29/EU (), 2013/53/EU (), 2014/29/EU (), 2014/30/EU () , 2014/31/EU (), 2014/32/EU (), 2014/34/EU (), 2014/35/EU (), 2014/53/EU () and 2014/68/EU () of the European Parliament and of the Council. (2) in Annex I, the following point is added: ‘71. Regulation (EU) 2024/1252 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 establishing a framework for ensuring a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials and amending Regulations (EU) No 168/2013, (EU) 2018/858, (EU) 2018/1724 and (EU) 2019/1020 (OJ L, 2024/1252, 3.5.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1252/oj), in so far as it concerns the requirements set out in Article 28, 29 or 31 of that Regulation.’. |
