1. This Chapter shall govern the recognition, enforceability and enforcement of decisions falling within the scope of this Regulation. 2. Section 1 shall apply to decisions given in a Member State bound by the 2007 Hague Protocol. 3. Section 2 shall apply to decisions given in a Member State not bound by the 2007 Hague Protocol. 4. Section 3 shall apply to all decisions. |
