1. Any unused portion of a Member State’s annual quota or catch limit for North and South Atlantic swordfish may be added to the relevant quota or catch limit during or before the adjustment year in accordance with the ICCAT recommendations in force for North and South Atlantic swordfish. 2. The maximum underage of North and South Atlantic swordfish that a Member State may carry-over in any given year shall not exceed the amount permitted in that particular year by ICCAT. |
