1. Retail goods placed on the market in Northern Ireland before 1 October 2023 shall not be required to comply with the marking requirements laid down in Article 6(1), point (a), until 31 October 2023. 2. Retail goods placed on the market in Northern Ireland before 1 October 2024 shall not be required to comply with the marking requirements laid down in Article 6(1), point (b), until 31 October 2024. 3. Retail goods placed on the market in Northern Ireland before 1 July 2025 shall not be required to comply with the marking requirements laid down in Article 6(1), point (c), until 31 July 2025. |
