1. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 16 to amend the list in Annex I to this Regulation where Union acts or parts thereof referred to in Annex 2 to the Protocol need to be removed or added. 2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 to amend the requirements for SPS Inspection Facilities set out in Annex II, where necessary and appropriate to take account of relevant technical and operational developments, provided that such amendments are consistent with the specific rules laid down in this Regulation. |
