Council Regulation (EC) No 2531/98 of 23 November 1998 concerning the application of minimum reserves by the European Central Bank article 8 CELEX: 01998R2531-20020126 Final provisions
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
Article 5 shall apply from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. The remaining Articles shall apply from 1 January 1999.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
