1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. It shall apply from 10 October 2025. However, within the scope of application of this Regulation, Article 3 and Article 5(1) shall apply as from the date of its entry into force. |
