1. Member States shall make public the names and contact details of the competent authorities, designated pursuant to Article 50(1), and of the product certification bodies and natural persons, referred to in Article 51(5), point (b), and Article 52(1), point (b), and update that information when changes occur. 2. In relation to third countries, the Office shall make public, where available, the names and contact details of the competent authorities and product certification bodies referred to in Article 53 and update that information when changes occur. 3. The Office shall establish a digital portal where the names and contact details of the competent authorities and product certification bodies and natural persons referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 are made public. |
